We bring to your attention some concerns about the current proposal to implement a dynamic Fusion mode resolver whitelist in the 1inch Network. The proposal overlooks a significant issue: the substantial priority fees being paid to block builders. The proposed changes may inadvertently increase costs for resolvers and, in turn, for users. It risks creating a higher entry barrier, disadvantaging smaller resolvers and potentially threatening network decentralization. Additionally, the notion that fewer resolvers would lower gas costs and improve user rates is disputed and might not bring expected benefits. We encourage you to vote against the proposal to uphold fairness and decentralization within the network until we find a better alternative to these problems.
